We regret to inform you that Brunswick Holistic Dental Centre will be closing permanently on 16 April 2024, and we will no longer see patients after this date. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our entire team would like to thank you for the continued support that you’ve shown our clinic.

Because your health and well-being have always been our top priorities, we want to emphasise that your continued care is our main goal. We are working with Bupa Dental Burleigh Heads, Shop 122 Stockland Shopping Centre, West Burleigh Road, Burleigh Heads, Qld, 4220, regarding your next appointment, and we will also manage any treatment concerns you may have after the closure of Brunswick Holistic Dental Centre.

Should you have any incomplete treatment, please contact Brunswick Holistic Dental Centre on (02) 6685 1264 and they will schedule an appointment for you to complete your treatment.

Your patient records will be maintained at Bupa Dental Burleigh Heads. Should you require them, please contact the practice on (07) 5576 492 to arrange a records transfer.
